Steps

Remove skin of potatoes. Cut into small cubes. Wash it.

Put wok on gas. Pour oil in wok. Add Jeera. Once cracked add alu, mater, green chilli and tomatoes. Stir all. Cover wok with lid. Cook over slow heat.

Once alu get soft add all seasonings. Mux well.

Again cook it for 3-4 min.

Switch gas off. Serve with chapatti.
