Ingredients

  1. 500 gramscooked prawns
  2. 2 boxtaco shells
  3. 3limes
  4. 2tomatoes, diced
  5. 1avocado, diced
  6. 1 smallred chilli, finely chopped
  7. 2 tbspfresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean prawns, then slice into thirds and put in a medium mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, onion, avocado, coriander and chilli to the prawns.

  3. 3

    Squeeze limes over the mixture and mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve in taco shells!
