  • 1 canGarbanzo Beans
  • 1/2 cupSesame Seeds
  • 3 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1Salt
  • 1Chopped Parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender, combine beans, including liquid from can, lemon juice, sesame seeds and garlic. Cover and blend at high speed, stopping occasionally to scape the sides. Continue until desired consistency. Season with salt to taste.

  2. 2

    Serve in serving dish, and sprinkle with parsley.
