Ingredients

  • 3/4 lbBrussels sprouts sliced in half
  • 1 1/2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1Salt and black pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut brussels sprouts and place in medium size bowl, pour in police oil and salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Stir brussels sprouts and cook an additional 10 minutes or until crispy (large brussels sprouts may take 35-40 min).
