Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 24jumbo shells
  2. 10 ozfrozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  3. 1 cupricotta cheese
  4. 1 tbspshredded onion
  5. 1/2 tspdried basil
  6. 1/2 tspdried oregano
  7. 28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
  8. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    cook pasts shells as directed

  3. 3

    mix the remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, into a large bowl

  4. 4

    pour 1 cup tomatoes over bottom of 13X9 baking dish, breaking up tomatoes with fork

  5. 5

    spoon 1 tablespoon cheese mixture into each shell

  6. 6

    place open-side-up in single layer in baking dish

  7. 7

    pour remaining tomotoes over and around shells

  8. 8

    cover pan with foil, bake 25to 30 minutes or until heated through
