Ingredients

1 headBoston Lettuce
2 tbspOlive Oil
1 lbGround Chicken or Turkey
1 cupChopped Carrots
1 cupChopped Shiitake Mushrooms
1/2Chopped Onion
1 cloveChopped Garlic
1/4 cupSliced Almonds
1 tbspWhite Vinegar
1 tspSesame Oil

Steps

Preheat large skillet. Add olive oil. Add sesame oil. Add chicken or turkey. Add mushrooms and onions. Brown meat. Add carrots and garlic. Add almonds, vinegar, and grated ginger.

To serve, spoon into individual lettuce wraps.
