First take potatoes and keep it to boil

Take one pan and roast potatoes and make potatoes shell brown

After this take pot(kadai) and pour oil

Put khade masale (indian slice's) cinnamon, cardamom,cumin

And after this pour ginger garlic paste and onion

And tomatoes mix together well

After this put turmeric salt red chilli and garam masala mix together properly wait for to cook

Before serving put fine chop coriander and enjoy
