Steps

First of all cut small pieces of paneer

Than heat the oil in kadai & fry all paneer pieces till light brown & remove it from the gas.

Than add ginger garlic paste in kadai and fry for 2 minutes

Then add all dry ingredients in kadai and fry for 2 minutes

Then add blanched palak,tomato & cook for 10 minutes

Then add paneer pieces and mix well

And add salt and cook for 2 minutes

Now remove it from the gas.

Serve in a serving plate.

Enjoy with Rotis or naan.
