Spicy rotisserie chicken salad

Leftover rotisserie chicken? Really too much left, to just throw away? Make a salad! I love spicy food, so this is how I make my chicken salad. Adjust amount of ingredients, to make the amount you want. For this, I only had maybe 1/4 of garlic butter rotisserie chicken & 1/4 of original rotisserie chicken. My family tends to devour the chicken, so I have to set some aside, before I serve dinner :)

- 4
Add in your Mayo or miracle whip. I usually use 2-4 tbsp, but I like mine really creamy :)

Season with salt, pepper & Cayenne to your taste
- 6
