Loosen the fresh pho noodles so they separate.

Marinate the beef with seasoning, then stir-fry with fragrant sautéed garlic until just cooked.

Wash the Chinese broccoli, carrot, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry with garlic and season to taste. Remove and set aside.

Use the liquid from stir-frying the vegetables to stir-fry the pho noodles over high heat. Season to taste.

Combine the stir-fried noodles, vegetables, and beef. Serve on a plate with soy sauce and chili sauce on the side.
