Nabe literally means hot pot. This has become one of my favorite Japanese recipes because of ease of cooking. I just need to prepare ingredients and stuff all inside the pot. Enjoy!

In the Pot mix the ramen soup, hon-tsuyu and water then set on the heat until boiling point.

Add all the vegetables and the sausages at the same time and cook until carrots are soft.

You can boil the Udon separately then pour the noodles in the pot before serving.

Serve when hot in a bowl
