Steps

Heat 2 table spoon olive oil in a skillet

Add chopped cloves garlic and let it cook for a few mins

Add chayote first ( takes a bit longer to cook)
- 4
Add 1/2 cup vegetable broth to steam the chayote
- 5
Add all vegetables to the skillet, cover and let it steam for a few mins.

Add corn and stir, let continue to steam for 2 mins, remove from heat and serve
- 7
