8 ozCream cheese
1Zesty Italian Seasoning Packet
1 lbChicken breasts
2 canCream of chicken soup
1 boxBow tie Pasta (or any pasta you want)
1 canDiced tomatoes

Cook chicken and cut into cubes

Combine chicken, tomatoes, cream cheese, zesty Italian packet, and soups in a crock pot.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours. You can cook it as long as you want.

Serve over pasta.
