Steps

Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder,red, chilli Powder,curd garam masala powder and oil for at least half an hour

Par boil the rice and keep aside after straining the excess water

Heat a pot add ghee

Tamper the whole jeera garam masala red chilli and bay leaf

Saute the chopped onions till it becomes golden

Add ginger garlic paste chilli powder salt and turmeric powder.saute till the raw smell goes off

Now add the chicken pieces and cook,cover it and stir occasionally

As the chicken pieces gets tender add chopped tomatoes and mix well

Now cover it with the par boiled rice

Sprinkle biryani masala,ghee mitha atar and kesar soaked milk all over.

Cover it well and keep on a low flame for 10 mnts

Chicken biryani is ready,enjoy to your fill.
