5 lbpotatos
1 tspcelery seed
1/4 cupwhite vinger
1raw onion
1/2 tbspolive oil
1/2 tspsugar
1 packagesbacon

Peel the potatoes, cook whole till almost soft. Then allow to cool a little and chop into cubes. Place into mixing bowl.

Chop onions very fine, then add to mixing bowl.

Add vinegar, celery seed, bacon and sugar, mix thoroughly. Serve warm.
