At first slice the gourd nicely

Now heat a wok and dry roast the vsdies

Tamper the kalonji seeds along
- 4
Now add the gourd and saute adding salt
- 5
Cover it and stir occasionally.

As the gourd becomes soft add the green chillies and mix
- 7
Finally add milk and sugar and mix
- 8
Add chopped coriander leaves and remove it from the heat.

Oil free lau ghonto is ready
