Ingredients

  1. 2 lbbroccoli
  2. 1/4 cupshallot butter see recipe for shallot butter
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  5. 2 canevaporated milk twelve ounce each
  6. 4 cupsharp shreeded cheddar cheese
  7. 4 ozmozzarella cheese shredded
  8. 1 tspwater
  9. 1 tspcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    in a pot add shallot butter melt add broccoli cover let heat cover stir occasionally 10 minutes

  2. 2

    in another pot add milk heat add cheeses let melt

  3. 3

    mix water and cornstarch

  4. 4

    pour cornstarch solution in milk stir till thickens add to broccoli mix well enjoy
