I love cookies but what I love more is simple cookies that taste amazing! Only 3 ingredients and no eggs! Indulge in some red velvet awesomeness!

Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy

Add flour and red food color to the butter sugar mixture

Mix until dough just comes together

Turn dough on counter dusted with powdered sugar and gently roll into a 2 by 2 inch log

Wrap cookie dough in cling film and allow to firm 30 minutes in the fridge

Once dough is firm slice the cookie dough into 3/4 inch rounds

Place on baking tray. Bake cookies for 18-20 minutes at 190°C

Remove and let cool an a wire rack. Can be stored for up to 3 days in airtight container
