2 mediumtomatoes, cut
2 mediumonions, thinly sliced
3tablespoons of cooking oil
1 lbbeef livers, cut into small pieces
1/2teaspoon of mixed herbs
1/4salt
1/2teaspoon of garlic

Fry the liver with onions and garlic for about 3 minutes.

Add the salt and the mixed herbs and fry for a few seconds.

Add the tomatoes and continue frying until the livers cook. This usually takes about 7-10 minutes. Serve with toast.
