It was a hot summer night and I thought that burgers would be a great way to liven up a relatively hot mood at home. This garlic burger recipe was so amazing, they are great to eat even without gravy or ketchup!

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Shape into 2.5 to 3 inch wide patties. They should be about 3/4 cm thick.

Preheat a frying pan with cooking oil. One by one cook each patty for approximately 2-3 minutes each side.

Can be eaten on its own but of course, best served with some gravy or try out this amazing baby potatoes overload as a side.
