  • 1/2 cupHeavy cream
  • 1 tspSauger
  • 2 tbspCrushed almonds
  • stuffing
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 3 cupChopped chicken
  • 1 smallChopped purple onion
  • 2 tbspChopped shallot
  • 1 tbspChopped garlic
  • 1 smallChopped red apple
  • 1 smallChopper pear
  • 1 cupCra raisin
  • 1/4 cupChopped apriots
  • 1 cupGolden raisins
  • 3 tbspTomato past
  • 1 cupRed wine
  • 1 tspSuger
  • 2 tbspChopped pecans
  • 2 tbspChopped walnuts
  • 1 tbspChopped cilantro
  • 6Roasted poblano

Steps

  1. 1

    For sauce: sauté shallots, garlic ,salt and pepper deglaze pan with white wine reduce, add heavy cream and fresh thyme, add the rest of ingredients

  2. 2

    For stuffing: sauté the chicken, onion,garlic and shallots till tender add the rest of ingredients

  3. 3

    Roast and peel poblano slit one side open add stuffing drizzle with sauce sprinkle with cheese add pomegranate
