Cook and drain the potatoes. Mash tell smooth. Add the next 6 ingredients and beat tell fluffy.

Turn mixture into well-buttered , medium-sized casserole.

To make the topping: melt the butter and pour over the crumbs. Toss gently with a fork, so that crumbs do not become butter-soaked.

Sprinkle crumbs evenly over potato mixture and bake i medium oven for 30 minutes.

Allow to stand for 10 minutes after removing from oven before serving.
