In a sauce pan, add milk and bring it to boil

Add the aromatics like bay leaf and cardamom

Now simmer the milk and reduce for 10 mins, keep on stirring

Add the molasses to the kheer and cook till it dissolves
- 5
Add the rice, and keep on stirring till rice gets cooked
- 6
Keep it in chiller and serve
- 7
Garnish with soaked raisins
