Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsSugar
  2. 275 gramsMelted butter ( Cream butter )
  3. 6Eggs
  4. 100 gramsFlour
  5. 400 gramsDark chocolate ( Jacques dessert ) of any dessert chocolate
  6. 50 gramsChredded nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up the oven at 170 Celsius

  2. 2

    Mix the sugar with the melted butter in a Large bowl

  3. 3

    Split the eggs

  4. 4

    Mix the yolk ( the yellow part from the egg ) with the sugar en butter

  5. 5

    Beat the eggwhite till became a snow texture. Stirring the eggwhite into the batter. DO NOT MIX!

  6. 6

    Melt the chocolate au bain marie

  7. 7

    Add the melted chocolate to your batter.

  8. 8

    Add the nuts if you want to.
    It is perfect even without them

  9. 9

    Put the batter in a baking from 25 to 27 cm ø or a square.

  10. 10

    Bake for 30 till 40 min
