This works well with beef. Over the Holidays, I made a vegetarian version, using Cornitur, which is a Meat replacement made out of Mushrooms. The recipe lent itself wonderfully to the the Cornitur.

4 servings

2 eachthai chile
1 bunchthai basil leaves
2Bell Peppers
1onion, chopped
1 cupGreen Beans
1 canPineapple Chunks
1 lbChicken, chopped

Brown Chicken chunks, and set aside

Stir Fry the rest, add 1 cup water and 1t cornstarch

Add Chicken and cook for 10 minutes, serve with rice
