Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupapple jelly
  2. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 1 tspthyme
  4. 1 tspgrated ginger
  5. 1/4 tspground pepper
  6. 4 lbs- Chicken breast, bone in- skin on

Steps

  1. 1

    Brush chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Grill on high till slight char on skin, flip, lower the heat and continue cooking until 165 degrees

  3. 3

    While grilling whisk jelly, soy sauce, thyme, ginger, and pepper simmer, then cool

  4. 4

    Brush chicken with glaze last two minutes
