Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper, sugar, and salt in bottom of 9x13x2 inch baking pan until smooth.

Add chops, turning to coat both sides. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-24 hours. Turning occasionally.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat.

Add pork, working in batches if necessary. Cook 1-2 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through. Serve immediately.
