  1. 6Potatoes peeled, wash and cut in cubes
  2. 2chopped tomatoes
  3. as neededOil

    Heat a pan add oil and cook tomatoes.

    Now add potato and cook on low flame

  3. 3

    Add all salt and red chilli pepper to taste.

    Cook until potatoes turn soft.

    Sabzi is ready.
