Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsPeanut
  2. 250 gmsMakhane
  3. 100 gmsCoconut powder
  4. 50 gmsKaju tukda
  5. 20 gmsMagaj
  6. 300 gmsSugar
  7. 1 tspElaichi powder
  8. 2 tbsGhee
  9. 1/2 cupMalai

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat 1tbs ghee and roast makhane and keep aside

  2. 2

    In same pan roast peanut and Kaju tukda separately

  3. 3

    Grind Makhane Peanut And Kaju Tukda.

    Make Sugar Syrup With Two Thread consistency.

  5. 5

    In a pan add rest of the ghee. Add malai and other ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. Add sugar Syrup, magaj and elaichi powder

  6. 6

    Make thick consistency

  7. 7

    Spread in greased plate and allow it to cool and cut into desired shapes after 2-3 hours
