Firstly boil the potatoes for 2 to 3 whisles and let it cool then peel the skin of potatoes and cut it into medium size pieces.

Now heat oil in a kadhai add hing,cumin seeds and mustard seeds when starts crackling add the potatoes

Now add all the powdered masalas mentioned above mix them well add salt and kasuri methi mix well cover for 5 mins in slow gas.
