Ingredients

1-1+2 hour
2servings
  1. 3/4 cuppeeled and grated sweet potatoes
  2. 2 1/2 cupsmilk
  3. 4-5 tbspsugar
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  5. 2 pinchessaffron strands dissolved in 2 tsp milk
  6. For garnishing almond and pistachio

Steps

1-1+2 hour
  1. 1

    Put the milk to boil in a deep non stick pan.

  2. 2

    Add the sweet potatoes and cook on a slow flame for 15 minutes till the potatoes are tender.

  3. 3

    Add the sugar mix well and cook on a slow flame for 2-5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add saffron milk mixture and cardamom powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    Cool slightly and then refrigerate for 1 hour

  6. 6

    Garnish with almond & pistachio and serve chilled.
