Peel the carrot and grate it.

Put ghee in kadhai add grated carrot and saute 5-10 mins on medium high flame.

Add milk and stir continuously.

When milk evaporates add malai and elaichi powder and cook again till halwa become dry.

In other pan put 1tsp ghee and fry all the dry fruits and put in halwa mix well then switch off the flame.

Serve the halwa in serving bowl garnish with some dry fruits and pista flakes.
