preheat oven to 375, rinse chicken thighs in cold water set aside

add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in 9x11 baking dish

rub chicken thighs with olive oil sprinkle with salt and garlic seasoning

lift skin and stuff with sliced olives replace skin

place in baking dish sprinkle chicken smoked paprika bake at 375 for 45 min until juices run clear
