Jab jeera splutter karein phir kale chane add karein lal mirch and dhaniya powder sab mila ke ache se mix karein. 5 minutes gas pe medium flame pe rakhein. Phir gas band kar de.

For suji halwa. Wok mein ghee dalein phir suji bhune. Halka colour change ho jayein. Phir garam pani sugar dala hua add karein. Medium flame pe chalatein rahein. Jsb tak halwa ka texture na ayein.

For kheer. Ek pan mein soaked rice ko thoda cook karein. Phir doodh add karein jab tak ki mixture gada ho jayein. End mein sugar daal de.
