Grate potatoes and put little salt and keep aside for 5 mins.

Now squeeze potatoes to drain excess starch.

Add salt, pepper powder, green chillies and ararot and coriander. Mix well.

Now heat non stick pan apply little butter and spread potato mixture evenly. Cook for 2 mins on medium flame.

Now Flip it and spread grated cheese and again cover and cook for 2 mins till cheese melts.

Next take out rostie on baking tray and bake it for little browning on cheese.

Garnish with carrot flowers and serve with curd/ peanut dip.
