Beetroot and Peanut Pearls

A perfect dish for your Navratri Party.
Steps

Soak sago for 1/2 an hour in water and drain overnight or(4-5 hrs) in a mash or in a strainer.

Heat ghee in a pan add hing, cumin seeds, mustard seeds saute till splutter add slitted green chilli, stir.

Add beetroot puree mix add the drained sago stir lightly with the puree when it get mixed totally add fried peanuts and fried potato dices sprinkle salt and pepper.

Finish with finely chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice stir gently.

Serve hot with whisked masala yoghurt.
