  9. 2 cupwater
  10. Aloo tamatar sabji
  11. 2boiled diced potato
  12. 1 tbspghee
  13. 2 tspgrated ginger
  14. 2chopped tomato
  15. 1/2 tsphaldi
  16. 1 tsplal mirch powder
  17. 1 cupwater
  18. to tasteSendha namak
  19. leavesDhania
  20. For palak paneer
  21. 1 cupboiled grinded palak
  22. 1 tbspghee
  23. 1 tspzeera
  24. 1 tsplal mirch powder
  25. 1/2 tspzeera powder
  26. 1/2 tsphaldi
  27. 100 gmspaneer cubes
  28. For ghia
  29. 1 tbspghee
  30. 1/2 tspzeera
  31. 1 tspchopped ginger
  32. 1tomato chopped
  33. 1 cupchopped ghia
  34. 1 tspred chilli powder
  35. to tasteSendha namak
  36. For kheer
  37. 1 ltrfull cream milk
  38. 2 tspsamak rice (soaked)
  39. 1/2 cupsugar
  40. 2 tbspdry fruits chopped
  41. For sabudana
  42. 1 cupsoaked sabudana
  43. 1 tspghee
  44. 1/2 tspzeera
  45. 2 tsppeanuts
  46. to tasteSendha namak
  47. 1 tspred chilli powder
  48. 1 tspzeeraa powder
  49. leavesDhnia
  50. For puri
  51. 1 cupkuttu atta
  52. 1 tspSendha namak
  53. Water

Steps

  1. 1

    For khichdi- take a kadayi add ghee,zeera saute for 2 min. Add masalas and soaked eice add water simmer for 10 min. Samak pulav ready.

  2. 2

    For aloo sabji- take a kadayi add ghee,zeera,adrak saute for a min. Now add tomato and all the masalas keep stiring. Now add boiled aloo and water simmer for 10 min. Mashed potatoes in the gravy boil till thick.

  3. 3

    For palak paneer- take a kadayi add ghee,all the masalas cook for 2 min add palak puree and fried paneer. Simmer for 5 min. Can add milk to thicken puree.

  4. 4

    For ghia- take a cooker add ghee,zeera,ginger cook for a min. Now add tomato and saute. Now add ghia and all the masalas. Whistle it for 5 min. Ghia ready to serve.

  5. 5

    For kheer- take a pan add milk,samak rice boil it for 10 min on simmer. Add dryfruits,sugar to taste and keep stiring till done.

  6. 6

    For sabudana-take a kadayi add ghee,zeera,peanuts,add the sabuadana mixture(soaked sabudana,sendha namak,red chilli powder,zeera powder) mix it well add dhania leaves.

  7. 7

    For kuttu puri- take a bowl add all the ing. Make a dough redt it for 10 min. Now take a polythene add dough make a chapati with the help of rolling pin. Heat the oil fry it till golden brown.

    Enjoy vrat thali.
