4Chicken breast cut in halves
1shallot
1 bunchsliced mushrooms
2 cupshredded Mozzerella cheese
1 stickbutter
garlic salt

Steps

15 mins

Melt butter in skillet with sliced shallots and sliced mushrooms

Saute ingredients together then add the chicken breast

Cook on medium heat until chicken is fully cooked
4

Once finished sprinkled Mozzerella cheese on top of chicken... keep in pan... once melted... Serve!
