Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pintsbaby bella mushrooms (sliced)
  2. 3 tbspwhite cooking wine or white wine of your choice
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 1 tspminced garlic
  5. 1 pinchof dried parsley or a few pinches of fresh
  6. 2 pinchof crushed red pepper flakes
  7. 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a med sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted add sliced mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes.

  2. 2

    Saute 2-3 minutes, carefully add white wine and reduce. Saute until mushrooms are tender. About 4-5 more minutes.. Enjoy....
