Yum yum Chicken

This has a kick of heat to it from the jalapeno seeds. If you dont want the kick remove the seeds before cooking.

I <3 this chicken so much! I started making it about 1/2 a year ago, and it has been one of my favorite recipes since then. The first time I made it, it was the BEST! But I didn't measure so this is a rough estimate. My sister loves this so much so I make it every time I can!

I love going to hibachi grills and always wondered how they made the yummy white sauce, so I asked and wala!

This dish was served to me as an appetizer at a wedding. My brother kept saying how much he enjoyed it and asked me to try and recreate it. Over time the dish seems to have gotten better.

I wanted a veggie soup that was hot in flavor but not spicy.

This is my take on the yum yum sauce that is served at Japanese hibachi restaurants. It is spicier than what you get in the restaurants but so good.

This chicken is made easy and its tasty the sauce is a option but it does help keep the chicken moist and makes for a good leftover starter

my mom brought this recipe with her from her cooking class when she was in middle school in Mexico, she made this for the family when she first got married to my dad and now everyone is obsessed with this dish, it's crazy delicious makes you wanna slap yo momma!! Lol

my 5 lb. bird wasn't done within the given time so I dropped the temp to 350 and cooked it another 10 minutes with a foil tent over the breast. :-)

I definitely recommend having all your ingredients assembled and prepped ready beforehand as this recipe is fairly fast-paced with short increments between steps. Note: for a slightly softer vinegar flavor, substitute rice vinegar for the distilled white. #nikicuisine #dadsfaves
