heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat. add sausage and cook for 3 minutes.

stir in garlic and cook 2 more minutes.

add beans and broth and tomatoes and their liquid and bring to boil.

Add kale and salt and pepper. simmer stirring occasionally. 3-5 minutes.
