Roll dough into an oval shaped loaf. Bake at 425 for about twenty minutes.

Make vertical slices across bread, half an inch from the bottom of the bread. Then make horizontal slices.

Sprinkle the top with cheese and tuck it into the cuts. Sprinkle seasoning on top.

Bake another five minutes. Serve with a side of marinara.
