Gravy with very less oil and healthy one . Protein rich channa .
Steps

Take the chanaand soak in the water overnight

Pressure cook the chanawith the potato so that they are boiled.

Next take a wok add in ghee, bay leaf, and chopped onion

Saute till they turn golden brown. Add all masalas
- 5
Take the tomatoes in separate vessel and add water and tomatoes and boil for 5 min. Take these tomatoes peel and grind them.

Add this tomato paste to the wok and keep stirring till they cook really well. After this take the potato and peel and just crush and saute and add in the boiled chanawith water it was cooked in.

Simmer cook. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
