Ingredients

  • 1/2 headcabbage
  • 1 smallonion
  • 1/2pepper
  • 1carrot
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 3 tbspmilk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspcelery seed

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice cabbage

  2. 2

    Dice onion

  3. 3

    Dice green pepper

  4. 4

    Dice carrot

  5. 5

    In salad bowl combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.

  6. 6

    Add cabbage, onion, and carrot to mix.

  7. 7

    Chill in refrigerator.
