My Cucumber and Tomato Pepper Salad

Cooking Instructions

Slice the cucumber & tomato.

Slice the white onion into strips.

Arrange the salad in a dish
- 4
In a bowl add the virgin oil & white wine vinegar and mix
- 5
Sprinkle the salt all over the salad
- 6
Add the pepper to the oil and stir, then pour all of the mix slowly onto the Salad
- 7
Put the piece of crisp bread in a bag. Crush it in the bag with a rolling pin or a heavy object.

Then sprinkle it over the salad, cover and leave for an hour before serving.

I don't like too tangy of cucumber salad. This salad is just right but I am sure that if it is too tangy you could add more water and if it is not tangy enough just add more vinegar.
