Ingredients

  • 2 cupdry kidney beans
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1onion
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 cancorn
  • 1 envelopechili seasoning
  • 2 clovegarlic minced
  • 1/4 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 tspground pepper
  • 1salt, season to taste
  • 1 cantomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak kidney beans overnight. Drain. Cover with water. Low boil until tender. Approximately 1 HR.

  2. 2

    Add Burger to pan with chopped peppers and onion, spices and spice packet. Also tomato sauce and corn. Simmer 15 min. Then add to beans.
