I made these Kathal Cutlets with 3 : 1 ratio of Kathal (Jackfruit, raw) and Potato. Easy to prepare and tasty as well as healthy snacks.
Steps

Boil Kathal and Potato with turmeric powder and salt.
- 2
Mash nicely with masher and mix rest of the ingredients except the last two.
- 3
Give shape to the Cutlets as you like. Roll them on bread crumbs or Sooji.
- 4
Shallow or deep fry in medium flame. Hot, crispy and delicious Kathal Cutlets are ready to serve with Chutney or sauce you like.
