Toast your bread

Rinse a tomatoe or two

Slices up thin slices of tomatoe set aside in a plate

Add a dash salt and pepper

Toasted your bread and than butter one side of the toast. Add fresh slices of tomatoe than a dash of salt and pepper.

Great with soup or salad or alone
