  1. 2 loafFlax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread
  2. 1/4 cupOlive Oil
  3. 1 tspCrushed Garlic
  4. 1Sprig of Rosemary
  5. 1as needed Sea Salt
  6. 1/4 cupShredded Cheese of Choice

Cooking Instructions

    Mix garlic and olive oil. Set aside. Cut pita bread into small triangles. Place on baking sheet. Brush pita slices with olive oil mixture. Sprinkle with sea salt. Top each slice with a few leaves of rosemary and a small amount of shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes until browned and crisp.

    Serve with sour cream and chives.
