Ek boil mein suji, maida, curd, food colour dal kar mix karein water ki help se thoda thick batter ready karein.

20-25 mins plate se cover kar ke rakh de.

Ek pan mein ghee gram karein.

Batter mein baking powder add karein or mix karein.

Batter ko plastic bag mein bher kar ghee mein jalebi bana kar crispy hone tak fry karein.

Plate mein nekal kar sugar syrup mein dip karein.

Garma-gram crispy jalebi ready
